Harris Conference Center’s Complete Meeting Package (CMP) pricing takes the hard work out of planning, budgeting and invoice reconciliation.
CMP Pricing includes professionally set conference rooms with ergonomic chairs, audio/visual equipment, catered meals in a separate room, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, service charge and planning assistance from a dedicated Harris Conference Center Coordinator.
HCC’s Package pricing saves planning time and creates value with varied pricing options for:
| Full-day guests | $89.00 – $109.00 |
| Half-day guests including lunch | $65.00 – $79.00 |
| Half-day guests without lunch | $50.00 – $59.00 |
| Lunch-only guests | $35.00 |
Value dates are often available throughout the year. These periods provide great savings off conference pricing and include room rental options. Please call for details!
HCC Room Rental Guidelines:
- Available on select Mondays and Fridays
- Includes basic audio-visual equipment
- Available for a maximum of 4 hours
- Subject to a 20% gratuity
